"As sisters, we serve as guardians of wayward souls. We hold dominion over departures and wandering and give comfort to lost children"

Spirit derives from pre-Roman Italy.

Abeona's name means "to depart" or "go forth", but which also references death, and so she may also be petitioned to provide protection beyond the realm of the living. Adeona's name means "to approach or visit".

Abeona (Spirit of Departures) and Adeona (Spirit of Safe and Speedy Returns) often are petitioned together. The sisters provide children with safe travels by guarding them and ensures that they return home safely.
